Keen to do something a little bit different to cheer themselves and everyone else up, children from Burnley based Basics Theatre School recorded the verse to encourage people to stay strong with the message 'we are all in this together.'
With messages of thanks for keyworkers, including the NHS, delivery drivers, supermarket workers, emergency services and farmers the talented youngsters even gave a special mention to parents for looking after them.

"They wanted to say stay strong everybody, we're stilll fighting this."
In the poem the youngsters also appealed for everyone to stay safe and continue with social distancing so they can get back to their theatre school and start performing together again in person.
